Data Deletion
How an individual or authorized workspace administrator can request verified deletion from Tassqi.

1. Before you request deletion
Deletion is irreversible. Export any project data you need first. Removing an individual member does not automatically delete an organization's workspace records where those records are still required by the organization. A workspace deletion request must come from an authorized organization administrator or be confirmed by one.
2. Submit the request
Use the BITS contact form and write “Tassqi Data Deletion Request” at the beginning of the message. Include the account email and organization name needed to locate the record. Do not include a password, session, API key, or integration token. You may also call +20 155 45 14 10 8 to identify an existing request.
3. Verification and safety hold
We verify the requester's identity and authority before changing data. Organization deletion is two-stage: access is suspended first, then the active workspace and its associated identity organization are purged after verification. This prevents an accidental or unauthorized request from destroying a live workspace.
4. What is deleted
A completed organization purge removes the active organization, memberships, projects, tasks, milestones, comments, decisions, notifications, integration configuration, API keys, calendar tokens, billing references, and other organization-scoped application records. An audit record that the deletion occurred may be retained without the deleted workspace content.
5. Limited retention
We retain only information required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes and only for the applicable period. Residual backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and expire through the backup lifecycle. They are not used to recreate a deleted active workspace except where legally required.
6. Timing
We aim to acknowledge a request within five business days and complete a verified deletion within 30 days. If identity, authority, legal retention, or technical recovery controls require more time, we will explain the reason and the expected completion date.
