Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Tassqi is operated by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC, an Egyptian limited liability company. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Tassqi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Tassqi for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. A signed order, statement of work, or data-processing agreement takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these online terms.

2. Intended use and beta access

Tassqi is a business project-management and accountability service. The current offer is free beta access. Beta functionality may change, and features identified as unavailable, experimental, or not configured are not part of a guaranteed entitlement. Creating an account or accepting an invitation during the beta does not start a paid subscription.

3. Accounts and organizations

• Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in method.
• Use only accounts and workspaces that you are authorized to access.
• Organization administrators control membership, roles, integrations, billing, and workspace settings and are responsible for their authorized users.
• Notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Do not send passwords, tokens, or other credentials through support messages.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BITS the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure Tassqi. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary permissions for personal data, confidential material, and third-party content placed in a workspace.

5. AI-assisted features

AI features help structure or review work; they do not replace professional judgment. Model output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Tassqi keeps task proposals as drafts until a user confirms them and requires approval for external or irreversible AI actions. AI processing may be unavailable until the relevant provider and data-governance controls are enabled for the environment.

6. Integrations and public links

An administrator may connect third-party services or create API keys, webhooks, calendar feeds, and limited public links. Those services have their own terms and privacy rules. You are responsible for choosing recipients and permissions carefully, rotating exposed credentials, and disabling integrations no longer required. We may disable an integration that threatens the service or other customers.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or another person's rights;
• probe, bypass, or disrupt security, rate limits, access controls, or tenant separation;
• introduce malware, scrape the service abusively, or overload infrastructure;
• use Tassqi to distribute spam or unauthorized surveillance;
• misrepresent model output as verified fact without appropriate review; or
• resell or provide the service to third parties unless an order expressly permits it.

8. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Paid service begins only after an authorized administrator accepts the price and billing interval shown at checkout or in an order. Stripe processes payment details and provides the customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation where billing is enabled. Taxes and any plan-specific limits are those shown in the accepted checkout or order. Cancelling stops future renewal according to the billing period shown there; it does not automatically erase workspace data. Any mandatory refund right under applicable law remains unaffected.

9. Availability, changes, and support

We use commercially reasonable care to operate Tassqi and to communicate material incidents. Unless a separate service-level agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or response time. We may change features to improve security, reliability, or product fit and will avoid materially reducing a paid service during its current term without notice where reasonably possible.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, a material breach, or protection of other customers. We will give notice and an opportunity to remedy when the circumstances allow. An organization administrator may request deletion; the workspace is suspended before irreversible removal. Export data you need before deletion. The data-deletion pageexplains the request process.

11. Intellectual property and feedback

Tassqi, its software, design, and branding belong to BITS or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized access. If you submit feedback, BITS may use it to improve Tassqi without transferring ownership of your workspace content.

12. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for losses it causes in breach of these terms or applicable law. Tassqi is a work-management aid, so you remain responsible for project, employment, legal, financial, safety, and client decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Any additional limitation or service commitment must be set out in the applicable order.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to you.
